For FedEx shipments, the recipient's account number must be registered. If you wish to ship via FedEx, please enter your FedEx account number. (You can quickly create an account on the FedEx site. FedEx shipping is highly recommended.)
If you do not have a FedEx account number, your order will be shipped via UPS. With UPS, you can pay duties online after customs inspection. If you pay online, there is no USP cash-on-delivery fee US$12.00. We recommend paying online.

If your package is stopped at customs, please contact us by email. We will support you until the customs inspection is completed.

Registered airmail service will end at the end of this month. Starting next year, we will begin offering shipping methods without insurance. (Tracking service is available.)
